Online Enquiry Forms - Quick and Convenient
Complete one of our online enquiry forms and we will contact you at a time that suits you. Forms are quick to complete and you can do it in your own time.

After you submit a form: We review it promptly (usually same day), call you at your preferred time and discuss your needs in detail.

Initial Contact and Conversation
You contact us by phone, email, office visit or online form.

Arranging a Free Assessment
If care services would be beneficial, we offer to arrange a free, no-obligation assessment.

- •We learn about care needs in detail and understand the person needing care
- •We assess the home environment and explain our services thoroughly
- •Duration: Typically 45 to 90 minutes
- •Cost: Completely free with no obligation
Receiving Your Personalized Care Plan
After the assessment, we create a detailed care plan specifically for your situation.
- •Exactly what support would be provided
- •How often visits would occur and what would happen during each visit
- •Which staff qualifications are needed
- •Cost information and start date options
- •You have time to consider - no pressure to decide immediately
Making Your Decision
You decide whether to proceed. This is entirely your choice with absolutely no pressure.
- •If yes: We begin matching you with appropriate carers and arrange introductions
- •If no or want to wait: That is absolutely fine - contact us again if circumstances change
- •Take all the time you need and call or email with any additional questions
- •We remain available if you have questions later

When you are ready for care to start.
- •You meet your matched carers before care begins
- •Care starts on the agreed date
- •Your care coordinator stays in close contact

For existing clients only
If you are an existing client with an urgent care issue outside office hours, we have 24/7 emergency on-call support. The emergency on-call number is provided in your care documentation pack.
Cannot find the emergency number? Check your welcome pack, care plan documentation, or the contact card left by your care coordinator. If you genuinely cannot find the emergency number and have an urgent issue, call the main office number (07886 269128) and follow the voicemail instructions for emergency contact.
Emergency support is for genuine emergencies only.
When to Use Emergency On-Call
- •Carer has not arrived and you cannot reach them
- •Emergency situation with the person receiving care
- •Urgent change in care needs
- •Safeguarding concern requiring immediate attention
- •Any genuine emergency that cannot wait until office hours
What is NOT an Emergency
- •Routine care plan changes
- •Administrative queries
- •Billing questions
- •General information requests
- •Non-urgent scheduling changes
- •Questions that can wait until morning
